Wall Design Stencils Ordering and Return Policy

CREDIT CARDS

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with Wall Design Stencils. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number, i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon processing your order.

SHIPPING POLICY

Wall Design Stencils will ship your product to you by U.S. Post Office First Class Mail. Shipping and handling charges are calculated upon receipt of your order, using the formula provided on the order page of this web site. All shipments are subject to stock availability.

RETURN POLICY

Inspect your order for shipping damage and/or missing or incorrect items. If there are any problems with your order, notify us immediately. You must call for an authorization number on all returns. Please return items using the same shipping container in which you received them. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt and must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and shipping charges are not refundable. Customer damaged and/or used items may not be returned for refund or credit.
